About the Founder
Ahmad is the founder and lead writer at Prelims2Policy, a current affairs and policy explainer platform created for UPSC, UPPCS, and other competitive examination aspirants.
With a Master’s degree in Human Rights and UGC-NET (Human Rights) qualification achieved three times, he brings an academic foundation in rights, governance, and public policy. Alongside five+ years of UPSC/UPPCS preparation and experience in civil services education, he focuses on simplifying complex issues related to polity, governance, international relations, and current affairs.
He has worked with civil services coaching institutes in Delhi and serves as Guest Faculty at Jamia Hamdard, Delhi. Through Prelims2Policy, he creates structured explainers that connect current events with background, key facts, significance, challenges, and broader implications.
